Jasc Paint Shop Pro

Image, Gold Fill Pattern & Corner Decoration
You can download the images ... Here
Unzip and then open in PSP

Plug-In Filter / NVR BorderMania
You can download the filter ... Here
Unzip and place in your PSP Plug-in Filter folder

~ Instructions ~

1. In PSP open Image, Gold Fill Pattern & Corner Decoration

2. Set Foreground Styles Box to Pattern / Gold Fill Pattern
Set Background color to desired frame color ~ I used #9DA87E

3. Image / Add Borders as follows:

Border Settings

4. With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Fill Pattern
Selections / Invert

5. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:

Cutout Settings

6. Repeat the Cutout effect except this time use Vertical -2 / Horizontal -2
Selections / Select None

7. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with these settings:

8. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Fill Pattern
Selections / Select None

9. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with these settings:
Border Width: 5 ~ Frame Width: 5
Highlight Intensity: 180 ~ Shadow Intensity: 130
Bevel: Unchecked ~ Notch Corners: Checked

10. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 20
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

11. Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds with the following settings:

12. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the following settings:

13. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Fill Pattern
Selections / Select None

14. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with these settings:
Border Width: 4 ~ Frame Width: 4
Highlight Intensity: 180 ~ Shadow Intensity: 130
Bevel: Unchecked ~ Notch Corners: Checked

15. Repeat the NVR BorderMania treatment

16. Resize image and Sharpen if necessary

17. Make the Corner Decoration the active image (click on title bar of image)
Edit / Copy
Make your Main image active
Edit / Paste As New Layer and position in upper left corner
Edit / Paste As New Layer - Image / Mirror and position in upper right corner
Edit / Paste As New Layer - Image / Flip and position in lower left corner
Edit / Paste As New Layer - Image / Flip - Image / Mirror and position in lower right corner

18. Layers / Merge / Merge All (Flatten)
