~ What You Will Need ~
Jasc Paint Shop Pro Swan Image I Used Plug-In Filter / NVR BorderMania
~ Instructions ~
1. Set your Foreground color to a light color from your image ... I used #EAD3C5
2. Image / Add Borders (this should be the dark color) with the following settings:
3. Selections / Select All
4. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:
5. Repeat Cutout effect except this time use Vertical -2 / Horizontal -2
6. Reverse Foreground & Background colors at the top
7. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
8. Effects / Plug-In Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the following settings:
9. Repeat above NVR BorderMania treatment
10. Reverse Foreground & Background colors at the top
11. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
12. Reverse Foreground & Background colors
13. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
14. Effects / Plug-In Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with these settings:
15. Repeat above NVR BorderMania treatment
16. Reverse Foreground & Background colors
17. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 18
18. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the following settings:
19. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
20. Effects / Plug-In Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with these settings:
21. Repeat the NVR BorderMania treatment and we're all done ...

Selections / Modify / Contract / 5

(This should be the light color)

Border Width: 5 ~ Frame Width: 5
Highlight Intensity: 180 ~ Shadow Intensity: 130
Bevel: Unchecked ~ Notch Corners: Checked
(This border should be the dark color)
With the Magic Wand..
..click on this new border
