Plug-In Filter / Eye Candy 4000 ...
You can purchase this filter ... Here

Plug-In Filter / NVR BorderMania ...
You can download the filter ... Here
Unzip and place in your PSP Plug-in Filter folder

Mother & Child image ...

Unzip and then open in PSP ...

~ Instructions ~

1. Set Foreground color to a light color from your image ... I used #DBD2C3
Set Background color to a dark color from your image ... I used #606672

2. Image / Add Borders using the following settings:

3. With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

4. Set Foreground Styles box to Gradient with the following settings:

5. Flood Fill....the new border with the gradient
Selections / Invert

6. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:

7. Selections / Select None

8. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the following settings:

NVR BorderMania Settings

9. Repeat NVR BorderMania treatment

10. Reverse Foreground & Background colors up at the top
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 10
(This border should be your light color)
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

11. Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4000 / Weave with the following settings:

12. Selections / Select None

13. Reverse Foreground & Background colors up at the top again
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
(This border should be your dark color)
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the gradient
Selections / Select None

14. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with these settings:
Border Width: 5 ~ Frame Width: 5
Highlight Intensity: 110 ~ Shadow Intensity: 130
Bevel: Unchecked ~ Notch Corners: Checked

15. Repeat NVR BorderMania treatment

16. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 18
(This border should be your dark color)
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

17. Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4000 / Weave with the same settings as in step 11

18. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the following settings:

Inner Bevel Settings

19. Selections / Select None

20. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
(This should be your dark color)

21. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with these settings:
Border Width: 5 ~ Frame Width: 5
Highlight Intensity: 110 ~ Shadow Intensity: 130
Bevel: Unchecked ~ Notch Corners: Checked

Resize image and sharpen if necessary ...
