~ Instructions ~
1. Set Foreground color to a light color from you image ... I used #D4C3AF
2. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
3. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the following settings:
4. Selections / Invert
5. Reverse Foreground and Background colors
6. Reverse Foreground and Background colors
7. Effects / Plug-in Filter / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the following settings:
8. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 18
9. Effects / Texture Effects / Fine Leather with the following settings:
10. While still selected go to Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel
11. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
12. Reverse Foreground and Background colors
13. Reverse Foreground and Background colors
14. Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the same settings as in Step #7
15. Resize and sharpen image if necessary

Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
(This should be your light color)
With the Magic Wand
click on the new border
Effects / Plug-in Filters / Screenworks / Micro Maze
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the same settings as in Step #3
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
(This should be your dark color)
With the Magic Wand
click on the new border
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the same settings as in Step #3 again
Selections / Select None

(This should be your dark color)
With the Magic Wand
click on the new border

and use the same settings as in Step #3
