Jasc Paint Shop Pro Woman Image I used PSP Mask Plug-in Filter / DSB Flux Plug-in Filter / ScreenWorks
~ Instructions ~
1. Open Image and Mask up in PSP ... Minimize Mask
2. Set Foreground color to a dark color from your image ... I used #8C8276
3. Set Foreground Styles box to Gradient / Sunburst Gradient with the following settings:
4. Click on your Selection Tool..
5. Find the exact center of your image ... refer to the numbers in the lower left hand corner
6. Layers / New Raster Layer
7. Layers / New Raster Layer
8. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:
9. Layers / New Raster Layer
10. Layers / New Raster Layer
11. Masks / Delete
12. Effects / Plug-in Filters / dsb flux / Bright Noise with the following settings:
13. Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
14. Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow with the following settings:
15. Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
16. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
17. Effects / Plug-in Filters / dsb flux / Bright Noise
18. Effects / Plug-in Filters / ScreenWorks / Micro Maze
19. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the following settings:

Set Background color to a light color from your image ... I used #F9EDDD

..and then open up your
Tool Options Window..
..Selection Type: Ellipse / Feather: 0 / Antialias: Checked
of your status bar ...
On this image center is..
..Left click & hold down while
dragging your cursor till you reach..
..then let go
Selections / Invert
Flood Fill..
..with the Gradient color
Selections / Invert

Selections / Modify / Expand / 5
Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout
Use the same cutout settings as in Step 8
(Vert 0 / Horiz 0 / Opac 100 / Blur 20 / Black)
Selections / Select None
Flood Fill..
..with the Gradient color
Masks / New / From Image with the following settings:

When it asks "Would you like this mask merged into the current layer?" Answer Yes

Repeat above Sharpen effect

Layers / Merge / Merge All (Flatten)
Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify / Contract / 5
Selections / Invert
with the same settings as in Step 12
(Intensity: 43 / Direction: Mix)
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen

With the Magic Wand..
..click on the new border
Flood Fill..
..with the Gradient color

Selections / Select All
Selections / Modify / Contract / 5
Selections / Invert
Intensity: 43 / Direction: Mix
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Effects / Plug-in Filters / ScreenWorks / Micro Maze
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel using the same settings
as in Step 19
Selections / Select None and we're all done :-)
