Unzip and then open in PSP

Plug-In Filter - NVR BorderMania

Unzip and place in your PSP Plug-in Filter folder

~ Instructions ~

1. Set Foreground color to a dark color from your image ... I used #655773
Set your Background color to White #FFFFFF
Now set your Foreground Styles box to Pattern ... Gold Pattern Fill with the following settings:

2. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 4
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Pattern Fill
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Selections / Invert
Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:

3. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 4
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Pattern Fill
Effects / Plug-in Filters / Blade Pro / SNTwist03
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the following settings:

4. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 4
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Pattern Fill
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Selections / Select None
Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the following settings:

5. Switch Foreground & Background colors at the top
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 18
(This border should be your dark color)
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds with the following settings:

6. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the same settings as in Step 2
Switch Foreground & Background colors at the top again
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 4
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Pattern Fill
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Selections / Select None
Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the same settings as in Step 4

7. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 4
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Pattern Fill
Effects / Plug-in Filters / Blade Pro / SNTwist03
Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the same settings as in Step 3

8. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 4
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border
Flood Fill....with the Gold Pattern Fill
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Selections / Select None
Effects / Plug-in Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the same settings as in Step 4

Resize your image and sharpen if necessary and we're all done :-)
